In an effort to ease concerns about purchasing early this holiday season, NordicTrack has created a Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.

If you purchase any product from NordicTrack.ca between the dates of November 5th, 2021 and November 25, 2021 (inclusive) and the same specific make and model product is subsequently listed at a lower price on NordicTrack.ca at anytime from the date of purchase until 11:59pm MST on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price
What products are eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
All products purchased on NordicTrack.ca between the dates of November 5th, 2021 and November 25, 2021 (inclusive) are eligible for inclusion in the NordicTrack Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.
Are NordicTrack products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products purchased on NordicTrack.ca are eligible.
If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at NordicTrack.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?
No. Only products and prices listed on NordicTrack.ca can be used as reference for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.
How can I receive my eligible refund?
In order to receive the refund, you must contact NordicTrack Customer Service by calling 1-888-308-9616 or by sending an email to email@example.com. In order to be eligible, you must call or email before 11:59 pm MST on December 10, 2021.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed no later than January 31, 2022 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. If you financed your purchase through a Klarna Installment Loan, the refund may take longer, depending on your financing agreement.
How will my refund be received?
Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase. If you financed your purchase through Klarna, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Please log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and they’ll pause your statement. Once NordicTrack has processed the return, Klarna will issue you an adjusted invoice.
