I had to wait for a long ! time for the product between delays at NordicTrack AND then UPS but, finally, the assembly company came on Thursday - and they were EARLY for their appointment. I did not get my coupon (don't talk to a person if you want it is my advice)...or the smaller sale price they ran before shipping but did get 100 off for "inconvenience" While it is "bouncier" than the commercial TMs at our club I have had a good experience so far (waiting for the iFit to kick in). We have it upstairs so the teenagers need to learn not to run flatfooted as I'm afraid they'll go thru the floor (one at 200 lbs PLUS 250 and pounding....)
