my husband put this treadmill together for me and the incline wasnt working so I called Nordic Track and they immediately walked me thru the situation, it needed to be calibrated and they told me how to do it. I love this treadmill and I have had several other ones from nordic track and this is the best so far. great cushioning it feels great much better then traditional treadmills, well worth the extra money. loved the incline, the fan is the best ever great location and very cool even at lowest speed and it cools me from the waist up to my face. i love the touch screen so many things to do,lots of hills and terrains. pretty easy to put together. good directions. its not that bad to move around, its doable. the speaker has a great sound i used my ipod with it and it sounded really good. overall I would rate this a 5 star. Good job nordic track.....
