I just bought my 990Pro on 11/22/09, and it has issues already...right out of the box. The heart rate sencors in the handles are bad. When holding them, the display gives me a heart rate of 188, even when I am well rested! So, about 1/3rd of the programs on the machine can't be used. I expect more than this when I spend this kind of money for ANY ITEM! I contacted customer service, they said they would send replacement parts but it's going to take at least 2 months!!! I was told they don't have any in stock and the next shipment they recieve won't be for at 2 months, at least!!! Then, I have to replace them, NOT a service rep.!They didn't even offer a warranty extension for the bull I'm going through. Wait a minute! This is a brand new machine model for 2010 and they don't have replacement parts?! What the?! I wish I would have spent my money on something SMOOTHer!
