The E5Vi Elliptical comes with our Adjustable Ergo Stride Technology that allows you to adjust your stride from 13" 15" and 18". You can adjust the Elliptical's stride length so you can work different muscle groups and achieve quick weight loss and more muscle definition. Select the longest stride to lift your bottom, backs of your legs plus tone your hips and work off that unwanted cellulite. Select the medium stride for an energizing cardio workout that works your core, hips and abs. Select the shortest stride to get a great calorie burn and to target your thighs.
