why not metal pulleys?

these plastic pulleys make a huge amount of noise, they click, rattle, and cause the tubing to twist and become jammed up, It's obviously a problem that needs to be looked at and I feel like I'm stuck with a product that just doesn't cut it, this is right out of the box, I'm not talking about extens...
